About the event

Rising Tennis Racquets is a series of fun, irregular tennis sessions designed for children aged 6–16. Our events focus not only on developing tennis skills, fitness, and sportsmanship, but also on fostering commitment, discipline, and a love for the game.

Participants are grouped according to age and skill level, ensuring they train with peers at a similar stage. Each session provides structured activities, including warm-ups, skill drills, mini-matches, and feedback, allowing children to learn, improve, and enjoy the process.

These sessions are also an opportunity for us to observe dedication and potential over time. Children who show consistent commitment, positive attitude, and enthusiasm may be considered for future registration at Lana Tennis Academy, which opens only once a year.

Parents can feel confident knowing their children are in a safe, supportive environment, guided by experienced coacheswho prioritize learning, growth, and fun.

2. Fun warm-up games for coordination and agility.

3. Basic footwork and movement on the court.

4. Simple mini-matches to apply learned skills.

5. Introduction to general fitness exercises and sports games.

6. Refining forehand, backhand, and serve technique.

7. Learning basic tactics and positioning in matches.

8. Fitness drills to improve speed, strength, and endurance.

9. Engaging in more challenging sports games for overall athletic development.

10. Participation in mini tournaments and team challenges.

11. Advanced stroke development and accuracy.

12. Match play strategy and mental focus.

13. Competitive drills to improve reaction and agility.

14. Leadership and teamwork exercises during games.

15. Personalized feedback from coaches to guide future improvement.

Terms & Conditions

1. Advance Registration Required:

   Sign up via email or Telegram to secure your spot.

2. Age & Grouping:

   Sessions are for children 6–16, grouped by age and skill level.

3. Attendance Commitment:

   Consistent attendance is encouraged to maximize learning benefits.

4. Parent Policy:

   Only one parent may accompany each child for safety and space reasons.

5. Cancellation & Fees:

   Sessions cannot be rescheduled and fees are non-refundable.

6. Proper Attire:

   Players must wear appropriate sports clothing and tennis shoes.

7. Respectful Behavior:

   Players and parents must behave respectfully towards coaches, staff, and other participants.
